.... and that's about all I got today. Nothing too witty, profound or even really exciting. Been a good day diet wise (more or less) and training legs and biceps is a good strong combo for me.

Walking Lunges - 2 x 12 each leg (body weight)
Leg Press Dropset - 13 + 15 + 15 + 20 + 20 (From 590 - 450 lbs)
Lying Leg Curl - 3 x 12 (1.5 plt)
Quad Extension - 3 x 15 (1 plt)
Hammer Curl Drop Set - 5 (60 lb) + 5 (50 lb) + 7 (40 lb)
Rope Cable Curl - 1 set to fail ("60")
Bicep Circuit 3x
X-Trainer 15 mins
